The location was perfect for our Christmas getaway, with shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We were able to park our car easily with the provided parking permit. the tasteful and beautiful decor of the house added to the overall cozy and festive ambiance.
There were a few things that could be improved upon. the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV.

I recently stayed at a lovely little house in Guisborough and had a fantastic experience! The house was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the decor in the bedrooms and bathroom felt luxurious. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The host was great with communication and provided a welcome pack, parking permit, and even a bottle of wine for the adults and sweets for the kids. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
When it comes to the breakfast, I think adding more variety to the options would make it even better.

We stayed at the Relaxing 2-Bed House Villa in Guisborough and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. Despite its small exterior, the house had plenty of room for our family. We were greeted with lovely little extras like a bottle of wine for the adults and sweets for the children. The bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked with all the necessities, and the decor throughout the house was beautiful. Lovely, clean house with comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed for a long stay. Great location, parking permit provided. Comfy bed, big bathroom and toiletries provided. Good communication with owners.
Oh, just a few confusing remotes and delicate wall fittings. And let's not forget the treacherous stairs and wobbly cups.

We had a wonderful stay at the Relaxing 2-Bed House in Guisborough. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the area on foot. The house was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, making it feel luxurious. The owner was very accommodating and communication was excellent. The king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathroom with provided toiletries, including bubble bath, was a nice touch. The small courtyard garden was an added bonus, especially since we had great weather during our stay. Additionally, having a parking permit provided made parking hassle-free. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
. The instructions for the oven and coffee machine were a bit confusing since they were brands we hadn't used before.
